BLK’s signature menu items are grilled hand-cut Wagyu (American Kobe) steaks from Snake River Farms, a family-owned business founded in Idaho in 1968. BLK also serves Akaushi Wagyu beef from Heart Brand, fourth generation cattle ranchers in Texas who work diligently to maintain and protect the Akaushi breed, while ensuring their beef meets rigorous quality guidelines and certified product testing. Both companies supply high quality beef to some of the best restaurants in the world.
The menu offers classic dishes with a modern twist, with favorites such as Coconut Shrimp and Tuna Poke with wasabi mayo, to Fried Frog Legs with a Creole aioli, and Crispy Pork Belly with smoked peaches and a brown sugar bourbon glaze.
Lunch offers unique Flatbreads, an array of fresh Salads made from scratch daily. Nearly a dozen burgers and mini-burgers are available at lunch, ranging from a Veggie Burger to the BBQ Stuffed Burger with Sailor Jerry BBQ sauce.
Additional entrée selections include a Half Rack of Ribs with Sailor Jerry Barbeque sauce; BLK Meatloaf with a brown sugar glaze; Uncle Bear’s Mandarin Wheat beer batter Cod; Roasted Pork Tenderloin served on cheddar bacon polenta with a red wine cherry reduction; Salmon in a dashi broth with cous cous; and Scallops with a butternut squash puree and smoked apples.
